You acknowledge that geospatial, area, length, and diff calculations may contain inaccuracies, and should not be relied upon for business, legal, engineering, surveying, regulatory, or safety-critical decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
- loss of data;
- loss of profits or revenue;
- business decisions or financial losses;
- errors in geospatial comparisons or calculations;
- use of or inability to use the Service.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
6. User Content
If you upload or submit any data (including GeoJSON or other geospatial files), you retain all ownership rights to your data. You grant the Owner permission to process the data solely for providing the functionality of the Service.
7. Service Changes and Availability
The Owner may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. The Owner is not liable for any downtime or data loss.
8. Third-Party Services
